With extensive experience in executive leadership, Neil has previously held various marketing and management roles at Johnson & Johnson and Baxter International Inc., overseeing multiple commercial teams and contributing to senior leadership initiatives. They possess a Master of Science in Kinesiology and have completed an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich School of Business.
