Nina Ingstad

Nina Ingstad is a strategic and commercially driven agile Human Resources Leader currently serving as the Associate Director for HR in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics at Vantive. With several years of experience across global and domestic HR roles, Nina has a track record of enhancing business performance through effective people strategies, managing change programs, and driving talent initiatives. Previously, they held senior HR positions at Baxter International Inc. and IKEA, where they developed expertise in HR management, coaching, and employer branding.
