Vicky Cao

Vicky Cao serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Vantive, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Vicky held various HR leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson MedTech from January 2021 to August 2025, including HR Head for Surgery and Orthopedics in China. Vicky's career at Johnson & Johnson spanned from August 2014 to January 2021, during which time Vicky contributed as HR Leader for Enterprise Talent Development and Strategy, Leadership Development Leader, and Senior HR Manager. Vicky's experience also includes serving as HRBP Manager at Mondelēz International and various HR roles at AB InBev from June 2008 to May 2013. Vicky's academic background includes a Master's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and studies at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
