Vicky Cao

Vicky Cao is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at ChinaVantive since August 2025, Vicky previously held multiple HR leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson MedTech from August 2014 to August 2025, including HR Head for Surgery China and Orthopedics. Prior to that, Vicky contributed to Mondelez International as HRBP Manager and to Anheuser-Busch InBev through various HR roles, including HR Manager and Compensation & Benefit Associate Manager. Vicky holds a Master's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and received education from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
