Tony Matias

Tony Matias has worked in the engineering and manufacturing field since 1997. Tony started their career at Bose Corporation as the Director of Manufacturing Development Engineering, where they led a group of over 200 engineers and technicians for 5 different divisions. In 2015, they began consulting, working with companies to improve manufacturability and supply chain areas on new and existing products. In 2016, they joined Vanu, Inc. as the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for ideation of part concepts, bringing new products into production, and new product development processes.

Tony Matias attended Northeastern University from 1980 to 1981, studying Industrial Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the Maynard Institute from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained a Certified in Industrial Engineering - MTM. Tony also obtained a Lean Practitioner certification from the Bose Corporation.
