Tatu Mäkilä

Tatu Mäkilä has a range of experiences in various roles and companies. Tatu served as the Chief Growth Officer at Vapaus.io since March 2020, where they focused on employee benefit bikes and shared electric vehicles as a B2B2C-turnkey service. Tatu also worked as an Impact company builder, salesperson, and founder at Vapaus.io from October 2017 onwards, aiming to promote urban and environmentally friendly vehicles as part of the same service. In addition, they were an Advisor/Investor at KEVEE rehydration drink since February 2019 and at FuelMe, a subscription-based food delivery service, from April 2018 onwards. Tatu was also involved with Curreon, as a partner and member of the board, promoting positive impact on health, wellbeing, and a cleaner environment. Tatu co-founded and served as Chief Service Artisan at Tahto since September 2017, with a focus on improving health and providing reliable health information. Prior to these roles, Tatu was the owner of Sentium Oy since January 2010. Tatu was also a shareholder at Rush Factory Oyj, and held different positions at Color Obstacle Rush, such as Chief Business Development Officer and Director of Partnerships. Tatu co-founded MyNextRun and worked in sales from January 2011 to May 2015. Additionally, they were a member of Future Board ry, a network of young professionals, from April 2012 onwards.

Tatu Mäkilä pursued their education from 2002 to 2008 at Aalto University, where they obtained a Master of Science (Economics) degree. Tatu'sfield of study focused on Entrepreneurship and Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
