Jenni Nevasalo serves as the Chief HR Officer at Neova Group since January 2019, focusing on cultural transformation and leadership development. In addition to this role, Jenni holds the same title at Kekkilä-BVB since February 2021. Previously, Jenni worked at the Prime Minister's Office from June 2015 to December 2018 as the Director of Development Services, overseeing integration and culture development in government administration. Jenni's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director for Worklife Innovations and HR at Tekes and various HR leadership roles at Nokia Siemens Networks from 1999 to 2013. Jenni holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Vaasa, earned between 1992 and 1999.
