Marika Ryyppö

Marika Ryyppö is an experienced professional in the energy and environmental technology sectors, currently serving as the Emerging Business Manager at Neova Group since May 2021. Previously, Marika held similar roles as Emerging Business Manager at Vapo Oy and Business Director at Vapo Clean Waters Oy, where responsibilities included P&L management and the operational leadership of business units. With a solid foundation in various managerial roles at Vapo Oy and experience as Partner and Chairman of the Board at RM-Systems Oy, Marika also contributed to strategic development at Jyväskylä Innovation Ltd and managed environmental technology initiatives at Jyväskylä Science Park. Marika's career began in engineering with roles at Fortum Power and Heat and Wärtsilä NSD Finland Ltd, complemented by a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
