Jinal Shah

Jinal Shah has been working as a Network services software engineer at Vapor IO since 2019. In this role, they have been working on Juniper QFX5100 switch and MX10003 and virtual image QFX10000, as well as building python scripts to automate device configuration and working on IPAM tools to manage IP allocation in datacenter. Prior to this, they were a Network Engineer at Ucom Digital Pvt Ltd from 2014. In this role, they configured and managed core Cisco router and switches through CLI, ensured maximum uptime and security of core network, and troubleshot L2-L7 issues such as DNS, DHCP, VLAN, HTTP, TCP/IP, TELNET, and SMP.

Jinal Shah has an education history that spans over 17 years. From 2001 to 2011, they attended sheth c.n.vidhyalaya,ahmedabad,gujarat,india, where they earned their h.s.c with a focus in Mathematics and Computer Science. From 2011 to 2015, they attended G.h. Patel college of engineering & technology, where they earned their Engineer’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. From 2016 to 2018, they attended San Jose State University, where they earned their Master’s Degree in Computer Systems Networking. In addition, Jinal Shah has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Installing Windows 8 in VMware Workstation (2018), Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict (2018), and Advanced Cisco Routing: RIPv2, EIGRP, and OSPF (2018).
