As Cloud voice UC engineer, he manages platforms, installing and troubleshooting changes, while ensuring customers have a smooth transition to Vapour. With a background in the Royal Navy as a Submariner, Graeme is a calm and logical thinker who is always up for a challenge, especially after a cup of coffee.
