Christian Fosse

Christian Fosse has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Christian started their career as an Electrician at Rogaland Industri Automasjon and worked there intermittently until 2012. In 2011, they also served as an IT-Manager and Event Manager at Indøk Sør. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Substitute Electrician at YIT.

In 2013, Fosse joined Aker Solutions as a Trainee in Project Management & Control, where they gained experience in HSEQ, planning, and project finance. Christian also worked as an Electrical Engineer and wrote their diploma thesis during their time at Aker Solutions.

Fosse joined Shell in 2015 as a Graduate Electrical Engineer before moving on to become a Commissioning Engineer, where they planned, executed, and handed over commissioned equipment to operations. Christian later transitioned to the role of Electrical Engineer and was involved in a subsea compression project, focusing on contractor follow-up and onshore integration.

Most recently, Fosse joined Vår Energi in 2019, first as an Electrical Engineer and then as a Senior Electrical Engineer. The specific details of their roles at Vår Energi are not provided.

Throughout their work experience, Fosse has gained expertise in electrical engineering, project management, commissioning, and subsea projects.

Christian Fosse's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at the University of Agder (UiA) to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power/Renewable Energy. Christian completed their undergraduate studies in 2011. In the same year, they briefly attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) for a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power/Renewable Energy.

Christian then returned to the University of Agder (UiA) and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management with a focus on Civil Engineering. Christian completed this program in 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Christian obtained a CompEX (EX02 & EX04) certification in September 2016. The institution where they acquired this certification is unknown. Christian also holds an Offshore Safety certificate, although information regarding the institution and year of obtaining it is currently unavailable.
