Rune Hatleskog

Rune Hatleskog is a skilled drilling professional with extensive experience in well engineering and operations, currently serving as Drilling Superintendent at Vår Energi since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rune held positions at Aker Energy AS as Senior Well Engineer and at Shell for nearly two decades, where contributions included leading well operations teams, developing contracting strategies, and managing complex drilling campaigns in varying environments including deepwater and Arctic regions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Economy and an M.Sc. in Well Engineering from the University of Stavanger.
