Elin Sundén

Elin Sundén has been working in the HR field for over 20 years. Elin started their career as a consultant at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, where they educated employers on rehabilitation and prevention within the workplace. In 2006, they transitioned to become a personnel consultant at Lidköping municipality, where they worked both strategically and operationally with HR matters relating to preschool and school. In 2018, they became the HR director at Benders Byggsystem AB, and they are currently in the same role at Vara kommun. Throughout their career, Elin has been committed to improving working conditions and developing efficient HR practices within organizations.

Elin Sundén has a degree in Economics from Karlstad University, with a focus in Business Administration, Work Science, Pedagogy, and National Economics. Elin also has certification from Assessio in Hogans Assessment Systems - HAS.
