Francine Pataray has a diverse work experience in various industries. Francine started their career at Jump 'N Bounce Family Fun Center as a Sales Associate, where they trained new workers and ensured the facility was prepared for opening. After that, they worked as a Federal Work Study Student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Francine then joined Troy Shirt Co. as a Production Assistant, where they trained new workers and created production-ready designs. Francine also worked on the printing and packaging of custom orders and inventory management. Currently, Francine is working at Vara Safety as the Director of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for building and managing the production team, implementing strategic processes for lean manufacturing, and continuously optimizing the production floor and inventory management system.

In addition to their work at Vara Safety, Francine is also a Coach at World Class Gymnastics Academy, providing coaching services to athletes.
