Austin Hughes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Austin started their career as an Administrative Secretary and Tennis Hitter at Birchwood Country Club from an unknown start date until 2014. In 2014, they became an Operations Intern at Toscafund Asset Management. Later that year, they worked as an Information Systems Department Research Assistant at Boston College from January to May. In 2015, they served as a Credit Risk Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley from June to August. Austin then joined Morgan Stanley as a Credit Analyst in June 2016 and later transitioned to a Credit Associate from January to June 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Varagon Capital Partners, starting from June 2019.
