Matthew Renfro, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Accounting Manager at Varagon Capital Partners since April 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held managerial and analyst positions at BNY Mellon and worked as a Senior Fund Accountant at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. Beginning their career with an internship at Weaver, Matthew advanced to Senior Tax Associate and then to CEO of Renfro Bookkeeping, where foundational skills in bookkeeping and tax filing were developed. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University, complemented by studies at Weatherford College.
