Haley Bauser

Haley Bauser is currently a Senior Product Engineer at Varda Space Industries, having previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Caltech and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at both William & Mary and the University of Michigan. Bauser has a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Physics from Caltech, where Haley was an integral member of the Luminescent Solar Concentrator Team and has extensive experience in nanofabrication. Haley has also received awards for Best Undergraduate Research and has multiple publications, patents, and conference presentations in the field.
