Carrie Seele

Carrie Seele is the Chief Counsel – Global Investments responsible for overseeing legal investment transaction activity globally. Based in Singapore, she joined the firm in 2011 and has also worked in Värde’s Minneapolis and London offices.

Prior to joining Värde, Carrie was a Shareholder at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. practicing in the areas of finance, and mergers and acquisition.

Carrie graduated with a B.A. and a law degree from the University of Iowa.
