Roger Svalhede

Roger Svalhede is an experienced ombudsman currently serving at Vårdförbundet and Naturvetarna, with a strong background in labor law, leadership development, and education. Prior roles include serving as an educator and head of personnel and finance at Cresco Kompetens, as well as the managing director at INSECMAN AB, overseeing a team and establishing organizational routines. At LOs folkhögskola Runö, Roger developed and led various courses in HR-related subjects, while earlier experience includes conducting environmental analysis as an ombudsman at Svenska Kommunalarbetareförbundet and negotiating labor issues at Svenska Transportarbetareförbundet.
