Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma has been serving as a Production Officer at Vardhman Special Steels Limited since August 2016. In this role, Gaurav has received training in the operation of Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF), Vacuum Degassing (VD), and ladle sections. Gaurav has demonstrated versatility by working in rotational shifts as a Shift Officer, focusing on achieving daily targets related to productivity, quality, and cost on the shop floor.
