Laura Meyhoff Petersen serves as the Communications Manager and Technical and Regulatory Consultant for Food at Varefakta since July 2015, overseeing social media platforms and newsletter creation. Previous experience includes sales assistance at Vita Boost and Madtjenesten, as well as internship roles at Rådet for sund mad and FDB, where Laura contributed to food-related projects and analyzed educational prospects in the food and health sector. Laura also worked at Københavns Kommune in a dietary role for children and has experience in customer service across various positions. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Integrated Food Studies from Aalborg University Copenhagen and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Health with a focus on Health Communication from Metropolitan University College. Additional training includes an InDesign course completed in 2021.
