Brian Swensen

Brian Swensen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian began their career at Clarke American Checks, Inc. in 2000, where they served as the Quality Assurance Manager and Production Supervisor. In this role, they successfully turned around a rising trend in critical error incidents and implemented process control and improvement.

In 2004, Brian joined Precision Assembly, Inc. and held multiple positions including COO, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Quality Manager. Brian established and built solid business partnerships with OEM customers and electronic board/part suppliers. Brian was responsible for the plant's performance and profitability, generating significant revenue.

In 2009, they joined Dentsply as a Value Stream Manager. Brian was hired to improve the performance and flow of assigned value streams, with a focus on developing and improving the manufacturing leadership staff. Brian also served as the Lean Champion for the assigned value streams, contributing to the production of over 7 million devices annually.

Brian joined Sentinel Field Services in 2011 as the Vice President of Client Fulfillment. In this role, they played a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and fulfillment.

Most recently, Brian Swensen has been working at Varex Imaging Corporation since 2013. Brian started as a Senior Manager, Production and was later promoted to the role of Director of Production in January 2022. As the Director, Brian oversees production operations and is responsible for the overall performance and success of the department.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on results, and a commitment to driving performance and profitability in various organizations.

Brian Swensen attended the University of Utah from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing.
