Justin Draper

Justin Draper, SPHR has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin is currently the Global HR Director at Varex Imaging Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior HR Manager at the same company from October 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Varex Imaging Corporation, Justin held the position of HR Manager Business Partner at the company from December 2016 to October 2021.

Before their tenure at Varex Imaging Corporation, Justin worked at Flowserve Corporation as a Senior HR Representative from August 2013 to December 2016. Justin also gained experience as a Regional HR Representative at The Wendy's Company from February 2013 to August 2013. Prior to that, Justin held the role of Senior HR Generalist at National Oilwell Varco - IntelliServ from August 2010 to February 2013.

Justin's previous roles also include serving as HR Manager at Honnen Equipment Company/Scott Machinery from April 2007 to December 2009, as well as working as an HR Generalist at Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. from August 2003 to December 2006. Justin brings a wealth of HR expertise and industry knowledge to their current role as Global HR Director at Varex Imaging Corporation.

Justin Draper, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they completed in 2010. Before that, they received an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business/Commerce from Salt Lake Community College in 2008. Additionally, Justin Draper obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College in the same year. Justin holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, which they obtained in April 2021, as well as the Professional in Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in January 2011.
