Michael Ridgeway has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. Michael started their career as a Golf Caddie at Caddie Services Inc. in 2008 and worked there until 2010. In 2010, they then joined CSU Long Beach- Physics and Astronomy Department as a Student Assistant, where they worked until 2011. Following that, in 2012, they participated in the SURF-IT program at UC Santa Cruz as a Summer Undergraduate Intern. In 2013, Michael joined Lattice Semiconductor as a Design Engineer and remained in that role until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working as a Firmware Engineer at Varex Imaging Corporation.

Michael Ridgeway has a diverse education history. Michael first attended Notre Dame de Namur University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at San Jose State University from 2011 to 2013. Continuing their academic journey, they completed a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at San Jose State University, concluding their studies in 2017.
