Michelle Richmond has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Michelle began their career in 1992 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Varian Medical Systems, Oncology Systems, where they focused on production support, trouble shooting, and process improvement. After three years, they moved to Lam Research, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineer and later transitioned to sales interface and data base development. In 1998, they joined Aspect Communications as a Hardware Engineer, holding various positions including Sr. Production Engineer, Test Engineer, and Lead Engineer for Hardware and Test. Michelle also transferred to Platform Development to work on VOIP phone design. Michelle then joined Varian Medical Systems, Ginzton Research Center in 2006 as an Electrical Design Engineer. During their time there, they worked on various projects and gained skills in PCB design using different materials. Finally, they currently hold a position at Varex Imaging Corporation as a Firmware Engineer.
