Robert Meier

Robert Meier has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert most recently worked at Varex Imaging Corporation as a Global Sales Application Engineer - Sr. Software Engineer, where they had a sales goal of over 100 million USD and supported other engineers in resolving customer issues. Prior to that, they were the VP Sales/Engineering at Animage, LLC.

From 2007 to 2015, Meier served as President/COO at PreXion, where they increased sales year over year and implemented new technologies to drive sales. Robert also worked closely with sales, marketing, support teams, and customers, taking projects from design to deployment and support.

Before this, Meier worked at TeraRecon, Inc. as a Senior DSP Engineer, where they focused on 2D and 3D CT image reconstruction. Robert also developed CT solutions for various companies. Robert also had a role as a DSP Engineer at Intensys, working on digital imaging products.

In their earlier career, Meier was a Senior DSP Engineer at TeraRecon, Inc., implementing algorithms for CT image reconstruction and leading the design and implementation of control tasks. Robert also worked as a DSP Engineer at InVision.

Robert Meier completed their primary education at Primarschule Altishofen from 1977 to 1983. Robert then attended Kantonsschule Sursee from 1984 to 1990, where they obtained a high school diploma with a focus on mathematics. Following that, Robert went on to pursue a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at ETH Zürich from 1991 to 1997.
