Soare Calin

Soare Calin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Plant Manager at VWR Cutting Tools since 2022 and also holds the position of Production Unit Manager at both Vargus and Walter Tools. Prior to these roles, Soare worked as a Lead Process Engineer at Haier Europe, where leadership was demonstrated in developing assembly processes and managing the process engineering team. Experience as a Production Supervisor at EMDEP TestBoards involved overseeing production processes and meeting work order targets. At Yazaki Romania, Soare led engineering teams in wire harness production and coordinated maintenance efforts. Initial professional experience as a Technical Support Engineer at EMDEP focused on the startup and maintenance of test equipment. Soare holds a Mechanical and Economical Engineer degree and an economical degree from Universitatea de Petrol si Gaze Ploiesti, along with a project management certificate obtained in 2019.
