Allison Lyles

Allison Lyles is an accomplished sales executive and educator with extensive experience in both public education and corporate sales. Currently serving as a Sales Executive for Vari in the Fort Worth Market, Lyles previously held positions including Territory Account Manager. At Leander Independent School District, Lyles administers the Peer Assistance Leadership and Service (PALS) Program, developing content and managing a mentorship program that successfully engages students, including those with special needs. As Owner and President of Thriving Development, Lyles provides personal and professional development services tailored to women, featuring coaching and workshops. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles in Lovejoy Independent School District and various sales positions at Kraft Foods, where Lyles excelled in sales training and relationship management. Lyles holds a Bachelor's of Science in Agriculture Education from Texas A&M University, earned in 2004.
