Candra O’Rourke

Candra O'Rourke has a diverse work experience. Candra started their career as a Laboratory Assistant at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2012. Candra then worked as a Manager and Sales Associate at Plato's Closet from 2013 to 2014, where they focused on customer service and training new employees. In 2014, they joined Staples Business Advantage as a Sales Specialist and quickly climbed the ranks to become an Area Sales Manager. Candra achieved outstanding sales performance, ranking number one nationally for new business sales and achieving over 200% of their quota. Candra also participated in leadership development programs and served on the B2B Leadership Council. From 2018, Candra worked for Vari, where they held various positions including Sales Manager, Director of Corporate Account Management, and National Sales Director. Candra was responsible for driving revenue, developing and executing growth strategies, and leading sales teams. In addition, Candra has also been involved in mentoring and empowering women through their role as a Business Mentor at #GirlsClub. Most recently, they joined Pavilion as an Associate Member in 2021.

Candra O'Rourke obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Texas Tech University between the years 2009 and 2013.
