Kari Smith

Kari Smith is an accomplished leader in corporate real estate and workplace solutions with extensive experience in enhancing workspace environments. Currently serving as Vice President for VariSpace and Corporate Real Estate at Vari since May 2021, Kari focuses on innovative and flexible workspace solutions for enterprise-level tenants. Prior to this role, Kari held various leadership positions at RealPage, Inc., including Vice President of Workplace Solutions, where significant programs like a fitness center and dynamic food services were implemented. Additional experience includes senior roles in facilities management at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Grubb & Ellis, and Grubb & Ellis Management Services, where oversight of large-scale facility management divisions and client accounts was key to business success.
