Sheena Turner is the current Senior Director of Customer Experience at Vari. Sheena has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and operations management. Sheena started their career at Home Depot At Home Services as a Sales Team Leader. Sheena was then promoted to Customer Operations Manager at Stream Energy. In this role, they oversaw the customer service department and was responsible for coaching and developing customer service reps. Sheena also drove activity and productivity on the customer service floor. In 2012, Sheena joined Certified Payment Processing as the Assistant Recruiting Manager. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Recruiting department, including coaching and development of recruiters, driving activity and productivity of the recruiting floor, as well as recruiting and hiring recruiters. Sheena has been with Vari for three years and has been instrumental in developing the company's customer experience strategy.
They are on a team with Jeff Dinard - Chief Information Officer, Tim Cummings - Vice President of Operations, and Audra Parker - Vice President of People. Sheena Turner reports to Jeff Lamb, President and COO.
