Sydney Armstrong

Sydney Armstrong, PMP® , DASM® is an experienced Project Manager with over seven years of expertise in delivering commercial and hospitality design projects, including boutique hotels, restaurants, and mixed-use developments. Previously, Sydney worked at Barbara Gilbert Interiors as a Project Coordinator, followed by roles as Project Manager at BC Homes LLC and Senior Project Manager at Flick·Mars. Currently, Sydney serves as a Senior Project Manager at Vari, focusing on strategic planning and stakeholder management. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Arts in Hospitality Administration from Collin College.
