Adam Earwicker

Adam Earwicker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the medical technology field, particularly focused on oncology and proton therapy. Since joining Varian in September 2008, Adam has held several leadership positions, including Director of Proton Flash, where Adam leads research and technology development efforts, and Director of Market Development for FLASH, collaborating with customers to enhance FLASH therapy potential. Adam also served as Director of Strategic Alliances, overseeing the analysis and development of strategic partnerships, and as Strategic Alliance Manager, managing a global partnership agreement with Siemens Healthcare. Prior experience includes a role as Business Line Manager and Product Manager at IMPAC Medical Systems, where Adam contributed to business strategy and interoperability enhancements. Adam holds an MBA from CSUSM College of Business and a BA in English from Humboldt State University.
