Glen Hill

Glen Hill currently serves as the VP/Head of Supply Chain Quality at Varian, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Glen was the VP/Head of Global Quality at Philips from January 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included designing and implementing global quality capabilities and managing a wide array of quality-related programs. Glen also held several key roles at Siemens Healthineers from January 2004 to January 2019, including Head of Global Manufacturing Operations and Instrument New Product Introduction, where significant cross-site programs and organizational improvements were achieved. Earlier experience includes serving as the Product Manager at Triangle Biomedical Solutions. Glen holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University.
