Rachel Britt-Little currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global HRBP Americas & Supply Chain Operations at Varian, where responsibilities include supporting over 400 clients within the organization, driving talent planning initiatives, and facilitating organizational change. Prior experience includes roles at Avanos Medical and Sanofi Genzyme, where Rachel significantly contributed to enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement across various departments. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Rachel has developed expertise in strategic HR leadership, coaching, and performance management throughout a diverse career.
