Roger Pilotte

Roger Pilotte is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in senior management roles, spanning multiple companies and over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Applied Materials since 2011 and at Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. since 1999, Pilotte has overseen HR functions in research, development, and engineering. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Manager at Wellfleet Communications/Bay Networks from 1991 to 1995, and Employment Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation and DEC/Compaq from 1985 to 1991.
