Jennifer Tarpinian

Jennifer Tarpinian has a diverse work experience in the field of genetics and counseling. Jennifer is currently working as a Clinical Sales Specialist at Variantyx since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Medical Specialist and Genetic Counselor at Myriad Genetics from April 2019 to November 2020.

Jennifer also has experience as a Genetic Counselor at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Individualized Medical Genetics Center from January 2016 to April 2019. Before that, they worked as a Genetic Counselor at New York Methodist Hospital from August 2014 to December 2015, and at Children's Hospital of Illinois from October 2012 to July 2014.

Jennifer's career began as a Student/Clinical Intern at Arcadia University, where they gained valuable experience from 2010 to 2012. Throughout their professional journey, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated their expertise and commitment in the field of genetics and counseling.

Jennifer Tarpinian obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Genetics from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Genetic Counseling/Counselor at Arcadia University from 2010 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer obtained a certification in Phlebotomy from The Manhattan Institute in December 2014. Jennifer also achieved certification as a Genetic Counselor from the American Board of Genetic Counseling in February 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Genetic Counselor Licensure from the Department of State Pennsylvania in January 2016.
