James Barbera has a strong background in electrical engineering with extensive experience in project management and product development. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Project Engineer at Variation Reduction Solutions, Inc. since 2017, James has cultivated skills in leadership and project execution. Prior roles include Electrical/Systems Engineer at Morbark, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed R&D and electrical harness design, as well as key project leadership positions. Additionally, James contributed as an Electrical Engineering Intern, gaining hands-on experience and collaborating on various projects. Earlier experiences include research in photonics and fiber optics at Central Michigan University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering obtained from the same institution in 2016.
