Alice Rouse

Alice Rouse is an experienced financial and risk management professional currently serving as a Board of Trustee member at Variety Child Learning Center since October 2023. Previously, Alice held significant positions at Hanover Bank from March 2017 to August 2023, including Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Prior to that, Alice worked at Astoria Bank in various roles from November 2011 to February 2017 and from April 1993 to 2011, where responsibilities included Internal Audit Services Liaison and Director of Financial Reporting. Alice’s career began at KPMG Peat Marwick as an Audit Manager from 1987 to 1993. Alice earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1983 and 1987.
