Constantine Venetopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Constantine currently holds the position of Brand Director at Variety Cruises since May 2019. Prior to this, they volunteered at The Trevor Project starting in 2013. In 2012, they founded an Independent Art-House film production company. From November 2012 to November 2013, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Columbia University, where they oversaw administration matters, acted as a liaison, and assisted in developing summer programs. Constantine also served as an Associate Producer at Stick Figure productions from December 2011 to November 2012, curating scripts, managing production elements, and engaging in investor relations and collaborations. From 2008 to 2011, they held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing, North America at Variety Cruises, where they led a team and implemented a recognition strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Special Projects Marketing Manager at Group IST from 2004 to 2008, researching market opportunities, implementing design projects, and supporting online marketing campaigns. Constantine began their career as an office manager in the Athens Pentagon during their service in the Greek Military from 2003 to 2004.

Constantine Venetopoulos began their education in 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Cass Business from 1999 to 2002. Constantine then pursued further education in marketing, attaining a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Surrey between 2002 and 2003. In 2007, Venetopoulos enrolled in the Graphic Design Program at New York University, and completed the program in 2008. Constantine later attended the New York Film Academy in 2008, where they undertook the Screenwriting Program, concluding in 2009.
