Marc Malkin

Marc Malkin is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Senior Culture and Events Editor at Variety since July 2018, Malkin has also worked as a freelance writer since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as an On-Air Correspondent, Writer, Producer, and Managing Editor at E! Networks from September 2006 to June 2017, and Supervising Producer at The Insider from 2004 to 2006. Additional positions include News Director at Us Weekly (2003-2004) and Senior Editor at New York Magazine (2001-2003). Malkin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Print Journalism from Boston University.
