Charlotte Dedekam

Charlotte Dedekam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Charlotte has held various positions including International Business Director and Director of New Business at VARIG since 2022. Previously, they worked as the Head of Customer Operation and Head of Strategy and Business Development at the same company. In 2021, Charlotte founded C Investment AS. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Tutor at Oslo kommune from 2020 to 2020. From 2018 to 2019, Charlotte served as the Head of Investors, Startups & Community at Startup Extreme, where they established partnerships with companies such as Sopra Steria, Telia, Microsoft, Sparebanken & Amazon. Before that, they worked at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as an Administrative Accountant and a Loyalty Call Program and Recruiter from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, Charlotte has experience as a Field Researcher at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University in 2018. In 2016, they served as a Marketing Manager at Hubro Education AS, where they developed a market entry strategy for the Norwegian and Swedish market. Charlotte also worked as an Innovator at Kunnskapsparken Nord-Trøndelag AS, where they formulated a business plan and collaborated with a manufacturer on an indoor wall panelling project. In 2014, they held an administrative role at Carlsen Fritzøe Handel AS, and from 2012 to 2014, Charlotte worked as a Chef at Førstereis & Versthuset Skjærhalden.

Charlotte Dedekam attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2014 to 2016, where they studied economics. Charlotte then enrolled at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University from 2017 to 2020, earning a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies. In 2020, Charlotte also obtained a PRINCE2® certification from Oslo kommune.
