Roxana Trandafir is an experienced Training Manager, currently working with various brands since April 2021, where responsibilities include preparing training materials and conducting follow-ups with regional managers to assess training outcomes. Roxana's multifaceted career includes roles as Store Manager and General Manager in several organizations, alongside entrepreneurial experience in carpentry and sculpture.
