Lisa Defazio is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in fashion, design, and education. As the Founder of Smartz since October 2023, Lisa advocates for accessible education, believing it should not be hindered by financial constraints. Holding various roles as a Special Project Manager since April 2022, Lisa focuses on niche retail market research and design activation. Serving as the Chief Project Manager at Vanzella Graphic Design since February 2013, Lisa specializes in revitalizing underused spaces into creative environments. Previous positions include Board Member and Chairperson of the Brunswick Business Incubator, where strategic guidance was provided to support emerging businesses. Lisa's background also includes owning Landell Designs and coordinating workshops for Single Market Events, showcasing a strong commitment to arts and education. Lisa Defazio earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from RMIT University from 1987 to 1989.
