Ryan Thompson

Ryan Thompson has a diverse work experience in the technology and aviation industries. Ryan is currently serving as a Senior Director of Product Planning at Varis. Prior to this role, they worked at Amazon as a Principal Product Manager, Senior Product Manager for Amazon Business International, and Senior Program Manager for Amazon Business International from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Amazon, they were a Technical Program Manager at Apple from 2015 to 2017. Ryan also has experience at Boeing, where they worked as a Customer Account/Program Manager responsible for managing airplane configurations and developing relationships with international customers from 2011 to 2015. Ryan also held roles as a Customer Engineer and Flight Test Engineer at Boeing from 2005 to 2009, where they led the integration of a new flight test program and ensured seamless installation into production build.
