Daniel Beyer

Daniel Beyer, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Daniel currently serves as the President of Varitec Controls & Service Solutions. Prior to this, Daniel held various roles at Trane, including Regional Controls Sales Leader, Service and Controls Sales Leader, Controls Team Leader, and Account Executive. Daniel also worked at Climatec BTG as a Service Sales Manager and Service Sales Representative. Daniel began their career at Johnson Controls, where they held positions such as Service Sales Representative, Engineering Manager, Lead System Specialist, Systems Designer, and Systems Application Engineer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in client relationship management, technical solutions, and project execution.

Daniel Beyer, MBA, completed their education as follows: Daniel first earned a Certificate in HVAC and Refrigeration from Universal Technical Institute, Inc. from 1998 to 2000. Daniel later pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance from DeVry University, from 2004 to 2007. Finally, they furthered their education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, obtaining an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Project Management, and Finance from 2007 to 2010.
