Anna Kozlova

Anna Kozlova is a skilled UX Designer with extensive experience in user experience and visual design. Currently at Varley since February 2025, Anna has previously worked as a UX/UI Designer at TEAM LEWIS, where responsibilities included creating wireframes, user flows, and establishing a design system. At Infinity8.io, Anna developed a branding identity for an NFT marketplace and effectively promoted the Happy Hippos NFT collection through engaging social media content. Anna also contributed to a website redesign project at TWEED Realty through comprehensive user research and competitor analysis. Early career experience includes an internship with MONEKS TRADING, where Anna improved communication strategies within a loyalty program. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Strategy and Innovation from Bayes Business School and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Management. Additional education includes summer courses at Universidad Autónoma Chapingo and ongoing professional development at Zero To Mastery Academy.
