Trude Indregård Brøndelsbo

Trude Indregård Brøndelsbo has extensive work experience in HR, holding various leadership positions over the years. Trude Indregård'smost recent role was as the Head of HR at Varner since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR at Norsk Scania AS from October 2017 to August 2021. Trude Indregård also worked at Sibelco Group as the Regional HR Manager & HR Business Partner Europe and Deputy Country Manager Norway from November 2016 to October 2017, and as the HR Manager & HR Business Partner Northern Europe from October 2015 to November 2016. Before that, they held the position of Director of HR at ICA Norge AS from February 2009 to September 2015. Trude Indregård also worked at McDonald's, where they served as a Human Resources, Training & Franchise Consultant from May 2004 to July 2006, and as a Restaurant Manager from November 2000 to May 2004. Trude Indregård began their career at Usbl as a representative member and a member of the control committee from 1998 to 2006. Overall, Trude has a strong background in HR and has held leadership positions in various industries.

Trude Indregård Brøndelsbo has a diverse education history. In 2001-2005, they attended McDonald's Hamburger University in Oak Brook, Illinois, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hamburgerology with a specialization in Ledelse (Leadership). Following this, they pursued a degree in Organizational Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from 2010 to 2011.

Trude then enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School, where they completed a Bachelor's Program in Human Resource Management from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they took courses in Kompetanseledelse og læringskultur (Competence Management and Learning Culture) and Strategi (Strategy) at BI Norwegian Business School in 2016 and 2020, respectively.

Outside of their formal education, Trude has also obtained various certifications. In 2005, they received certification in Psykotraumatologi RITS (Psychotraumatology RITS) from SOSConsulting, a.s. In 2006, they obtained the OPQ certification from SHL. Finally, in 2019, Trude acquired the MAP certification from Assessio Norge.
