Kristen M. Veresh

Kristen is a member of the banking and corporate finance practice teams, and represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial finance transactions, involving real estate, construction financing, acquisition financing, and asset-based lending. She has led and closed numerous commercial finance transactions involving various structures, including multi-currency facilities, single and multi-bank transactions, and syndicated loan transactions.
