Michelle is a solutions-driven professional with more than 20 years of information technology experience, serving as a leader in the overall strategy and implementation of technologies in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing and legal. She has experience in defining technical strategies that support business objectives by developing and executing a strategic, long-term vision and effectively managing technology investments. In addition to improving technical operations and streamlining processes, Michelle leads and mentors the firm’s technical staff and is responsible for implementing technology initiatives across all Varnum offices.
