Scott A. Huizenga

Scott is a member and past chair of Varnum's Business and Corporate Services Practice Team. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including education, manufacturing, and food retail. Providing extensive experience as a business counselor, Scott also focuses on transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions, sales and joint ventures.
